My approach to counseling is to meet the client where they are at, and collaboratively, we explore and understand the strengths and challenges that are present in their life.

A Conversation with Dr. Yang
What is your approach to therapy?
I believe that each person is unique and special, and that change is possible. My approach to counseling is to meet the client where they are at, and collaboratively, we explore and understand the strengths and challenges that are present in their life. By incorporating person-centered, interpersonal and body-oriented approaches, I hope to bring clients a deeper understanding of their current situations and provide tools they can use as they continue this healing journey.
